My Ornata Chroma keyboard and Mamba Elite mouse Are not being reconized by synapse 3 (windows 11) | Razer Insider

I have restarted my computer and repaired the app but they will still not be recognized by the app. I have also recently upgraded my computer to much better hardware( i got the keyboard about a year before my new computer and got the mouse around the same time as the new computer) and moved from windows 10 to windows 11. my keyboard was also not connecting to synapse on my old computer.

(edit) my mouse and keyboard do work for games like halo and terraria (the special things that the colors do when something in game happens)
