Since I purchased ornata chroma, the windows button isn't worked. How can I fix this?

    Hi there! Thanks for posting your Ornata Chroma's concern on our Support board. That's odd. Is the "Gaming mode" on? Please check the Gaming Mode is lit on the upper right corner of your keyboard. You can also check it by going to Razer Synapse 3.0 settings under Keyboard > Lighting.
