My orochi V2 stopped working

I own this mouse for a year. And today it just stopped working, like it slowly works with lag and stuttering and with that I can’t open anything. I can’t proceed to update the firmware as this requires Bluetooth, which my pc doesn’t own. I have difficulties finding the serial numbers, so I can’t open a ticket to support. I’m trying on a different pc to update the firmware there that does have Bluetooth (even with bluetooth the mouse dc’s and lags too, so it is a mouse problem, i don’t think software or firmware)
