My package has been stuck at FedEx for Weeks.


So I recently contacted Razer Support to replace my Razer Naga Trinity about 3 weeks ago. The package still hasn't arrived and Razer has messaged me about the shipping label expiring. I am not sure what to do right now, I am nervous about also not receiving the new 60% Razer keyboard I ordered not too long ago, because I still haven't received my tracking number.
