Hello, dear Razer team, I'm new here and I'm glad to start our journey together, but unfortunately, I had a problem activating my Black Shark V2 X headphones. I am shown the message "This product has already been registered. If you have not registered it, please contact Razer support". I can't get the activation code 7.1 without registration. how can i fix it.
