Dear Support,

I recently purchased a Razer BlackShark V2 X headset and encountered an issue while attempting to register it on your website. The serial number provided with the headset prompted a message indicating that it has already been registered.

This is my first attempt to register the product, and I have proof of purchase to validate my ownership. I am keen to complete the registration process to access any associated benefits or support services.

Could you please assist me in resolving this matter? I am prepared to provide the necessary proof of purchase and any other documentation required to verify my ownership of the Razer BlackShark V2 X headset. Please let me know if there are any additional steps I need to take.

Though this is a newly purchased device, did you buy it from an original owner? There’s no way to remove the registration history from a Razer product for security purposes. I’ll be locking this thread now. Feel free to send me a PM should you need additional assistance.
