hi I'm trying to registered for warranty but when i enter the product number that is on the ear it isn't long enough its missing the last 4 digits what am i missing

I fthis is just the product number, just search it up. Fo rexample, just search up Razer Kraken headset product number. It will show up, trust me. Same thing happened to me. Your welcome.

    I want to add that I'm trying to register my Razer Kiyo and the product code isn't long enough so idk what to do from here....

    A simple google search for "Kazer Kiyo" resulted in the "Product Number" for me. For reference the Product Number is "RZ19-02320100". I did the same thing for my Kraken Headset and worked for me.
