I have been using my mouse for around three months and while doing homework today it just stopped working wirelessly. I’m not sure what to do to go about to fix it. It seems to be working just fine wired, but it won’t connect to the dongle.

Hello there,
Are you using a USB hub? Try plugging it directly into your PC’s motherboard. You can also try it on a different computer just to check if the same issue persists. If it does, then drop me a message via PM along with your mouse’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds that we can attempt.
