My Razer 7.1 activation code is not working


Hello, I bought razer blackshark v2x and my parcel arrived today. But my activation code is not working. To whom can I send the picture?

Try using English US keyboard format
We have seen in the past where other English keyboards do not work.

Also check that you are not getting alphabets and numbers mixed up.
Such as 0s and Os.

Otherwise, wait for one of the RAZER official support to be in contact with you through this thread.

Prepare the followings~~~

  • Name
  • S/N
  • P/N
  • Proof of purchase (legal receipt)
  • Email address &/or RAZER ID used for registering your RAZER product

Also, 7.1 SS Activation Code can only be applied to one RAZER ID. If RAZER headset is a second hand item, likely the previous owner would have applied the code.

Otherwise drive your hearing senses through the roof by upgrading to THX Spatial Audio
