My Razer Barracuda X RZ04-0380 isn't connecting to the dongle on PC

Question

When I plug in my Wireless dongle into the PC, the PC connects it, dissconects it, in a cycle until it isn’t registered anymore by the PC,  this happens on my PS4 too. But when I plug the USB C straight into my switch, it works fine. At first I thought it was an adapter issue, so got new USB C to USB A adapter, but that changed nothing. I’ve updated all the firmware and re-paired the dongle and Headset, and it still does the not connecting issue.Also, sometimes it connects until audio plays through it’ll be connected, and I join a call or Listen to some music and Bam, it doesn’t connect again.I’ve tried to fix it in whatever way possible.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi there, ​@thinkWarmBlackammo873!It seems like we’re leaning toward a dongle defect right here. Is it possible for you to try it on a different computer just to check if the same issue persists? If it does, then drop me a PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can check the warranty status.*Thread locked to curb conversation to PM.
