Hi, your software disconnects and reconnects the Razer Basilisk V3 Pro mouse and causes the Razer Basilisk V3 Pro to freeze when used. My Razer Basilisk V3 Pro is not showing up in Razer Synapse 4 even though I have paired the mouse with Razer Synapse 4. I have even uninstalled Razer Synapse 4 a few times.

I have the same issue with viper ultimate.

My pc freezes and have not audio, then reconnect and doesnt work well.
