My Razer Basilisk v3 scroll wheel stopped working

when i first start my pc my mouse scroll still works 15 minutes later. after 15 minutes it starts not working anymore. what should i do to fix it?

    Same mouse same problems, the worst part a link to file the warranty claim is nowhere to be found.

    Thanks for alerting us about this. Try reinstalling your mouse’s drivers. You can also update its firmware. If that didn’t work out, then sent me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds along the way.
