Whenever I try to use my headset with the dongle, the dongle flashes a faint blue-ish green light and then promptly stops altogether. Windows tells me it isnt recognized. I tired to use the pairing utility and failed.
Edit: Sometimes it will connect for a minute or two, and then promptly disconnect, telling me that it is no longer recognized.

Are you using a USB hub? Try plugging it directly into your PC’s motherboard. If possible, try it on a different computer just to check if the issue with the dongle still persists. If it does, drop me a PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds that we can attempt.
