My Razer blackshark v2 activation code is invalid

Hi i received an email after registering the product online with the razer site and received an activation code for the 7.1 surround software and when i entered it to activate it, the message says its invalid please help me out with the new code or how else i can activate use the software for my headphones

There will be “something” about 7.1 Surround. Then just compare what did you’ve installed and you’ll have your answer, why you cannot activate it :)
