As the title suggest, I hear audio popping whenever I am watching a youtube video, playing games, etc. and my microphone mute button does not actually mute the mic. All I am wondering is that is this a common issues with the Blackshark V2 Hyperspeed or should I send in the headset for repairs.

Hey there,
Does it make any difference when Synapse is temporarily disabled? There’s also a firmware update that you can try. If that didn’t work, then ping me via PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can validate it in our database and look for other workarounds along the way.
