My Razer Blackshark v2 Pro is not showing up in Synapse 3

Every time I go to update my Razer Synapse I get an Update failed please contact Technical support, how do i fix this as this isn't  allowing my Razer Blackshark V2 pro to show up

This issue is happening to me. I have -»

1. Deleted and redownloaded 
2. I have wiped as directed
3. Updated my app and drivers
4. I restarted my pc multiple times
5. Check everything and followed the video on the website.  

Yet after all these attempts nothing has worked to populate my headphones into my account on synapse 3. every video and google search I have done for the last hour has  been saying this is a very common problem… for 200+ dollars it shouldn't be this big of an issue to connect to the application you need to use the additional capabilities of the headset. Please help me figure this out. Thanks in advance for this ridiculous issue’

If you have Valorant installed, then Riot Vanguard (anti-cheat software) can block it from beeing visible in Synapse. Uninstall Riot Vanguard and restart PC.

Btw. Dongle is visible in Windows device manager?

Unbelievable, the fact that you cant play Valorant with this headset is unreal. Fixed my issue when I uninstalled but seriously?

I am getting the same proble is not showing my new headset on Synapse, done all of the above

I have tried everything above, nothing is working. Uninstalled Valorant/riot entirely to avoid anti cheat software, tried updating the firmware but it wont show there is even a device connected, wireless dongle inserted directly into pc, nothing is making it show up on razer synapse. The input and output are functioning, but wont appear in razer synapse. 

Same here, tried everything and I also have this problem. 200$ and I cant adjust my settings T^T.
