I recently bought a Razer BlackShark V2 X headset.
When I try to register the product using the serial number, it says that the product is already registered, but I am the first owner and I did not register it before.
Because of this, I cannot get my 7.1 surround sound activation code.
I have the original box and serial number.
Please help me resolve this issue.
