Hello! I just bought a blackshark V2 X and I just received it, it looked brand new unopened, all good. But when I wanted to benefit from the 7.1 surround sound, it turned out inelligible for the activation because the serial number indicates an already registered device. Please help me out, I’ve got proof of purhcase, the product and everything!

Thanks for alerting us about this. Where did you purchase it? Let me know via PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can validate it and check the registration. Most probably, you have a counterfeit headset but I’ll check it out.
