When you plug it in, does your computer detect your BlackWidow Chroma V2? If so, can you put up a screenshot of how it appears in the Device Manager? If possible, try to test the keyboard on another machine.

I tryied it on another pc but it doesn't work as well and when i plug the keyboard my computer doesn't detect the keyboard but if i go in device manager the keyboard is there http://prntscr.com/nkldf2 . The problem is, if i try to ESC+CAPS and plug and unplug the light work but the keyboard doesn't work so i have no possibility to have the light on, i tryied as well to reinstall all drivers, unistall and reinstall Synapse but nothing work I have another keyboard even razer and when i plug the other synapse and my pc detect it, i think is a keyboard problem, nothing about the pc

Try reinstalling the keyboard drivers via the Device Manager. If the problem persists, we are most likely dealing with a hardware failure. Do send me a PM with the serial number of your keyboard so I can validate the warranty status should we need to go for an RMA.

That would be the product number. The serial number would be the set of characters just below the bar code.
