My razer blackwidow v3 pro usb port melted

I left my keyboard plugged in overnight to charge and woke up to this  in the morning….i am using the oem cable cplgged in directly to my laptop….. i have no idea how this happened as this is something i do every night…. i dont even understand how??!! because i have been doing this for the past 2 years without issue…. its the oem cable and everything….. the keyboard still works but i have no way of charging it again!!!!….what do it do….?

i cant seem to find the direct razer support anywhere!!!!

I would try to find a new data cable and looks like it can be normal semi cheap 1-1.5 meter usb-c data/charging cable (if cable states “data cable” that’s the right one) . That looks like the head got damaged enough so those little wires inside melted together and it melted through enough as those heads should and not create any house fires.

I would try to  first full out the broken part of the USB c cable out if possible unless it also melted inside, and then if you can take it out just use a generic USB c cable from now on, hopefully this helps

nope the port is melted in i cant seem to pull the thing out...…. i dont think there is saving this keyboard unless it gets opened up and the port gets replaced i think… i was hoping razer would do something a bout it...but since its out of warranty …. it is unlikely that they will help.
