My keyboard is not even 6 months old and my a and spacebar key is barely working, I've done everything support has said and nothing is fixing it. I'm not quite sure what to do

When did the problem start? Were there any changes made to your keyboard before the issue? Were there any incidents that happened to your device? Have you tried the troubleshooting here to fix the problem? If so, PM me your device serial number and proof of purchase so I can check for warranty options. Save the shareable files via any online drive account listed here. All the best!
