I have already tried the thing where I uninstall the battery in the Device Manager and shut it off to charge for 4 hours and it still won't charge. The port doesn't feel wobbly and I have tried multiple chargers that are both known to work well. Since my warranty is long gone it seems like Razer support won't even acknowledge me and I'm kind of at a loss of ideas at this point and could use some suggestions, anything will help. Thanks!

Also, to be clear, the battery is not the problem, it is still holding a charge, but the computer isn't recognizing the power when I plug in
I'm sure it is an easy fix (if not for me then definitely razer themselves) so if I can't get it to work then is there a way I can sell it to Razer's refurbished department and just get an upgrade?
This happened to my son's 2016 Razer Blade 14 2 days ago. Did you get any hints anywhere?
* i checked the charged is outputting the correct voltage with multimeter
* I tried all the recommendations on support pages
* I tried removing the battery to see if will run off of AC alone, and it did not.
* I'm out of ideas.
