i have not received any support for few days. so i write thread again.
my blade cannot updated the BIOS firmware.
the updater show me a message "This firmware tool is for use only with Blade and compatible systems. This application will now close."
and i seen that the BIOS Serial Number is N/A.
one more thing, my laptop was repaired by a motherboard replace.
how can i solve it?

Please send me the serial number of the laptop. I can use that to verify the model and give you the correct BIOS and firmware updater. For now, please go into the BIOS and check if the serial number and the SKU are intact.
