My Razer Blade 15 Freezing for 0.5-1.5 seconds when no game is opened

Sup, i have Razer Blade 15 (2022) - RZ09-0421 I having freezes for 0.5-1.5 seconds when no game is launched. Opened just: 1. google chrome with up to 10 tabs 2. telegram desktop i'm tried to reinstall drivers, razer synapse / cortex and nothing helps. i'm tried to open this software 1 and 2 with Gef This freezes if very annoying.

UP! I thing problem in memory latency. How can i update my BIOS to get access to RAM SETTINGS. UP
