so recently my laptop has been bombarded a lot of bsods which seems unnatrual, such as "PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA” stop codes
According to google it says that it has something to do with memory stuff in the laptop
the laptop i use is a rz09-0510 razer blade 16 2024, and uses rtx 4070 and has dgpu enabled and im unsure why its happening, its on windows 11 version 24h2
even wth dgpu disabled it somehow still crashes (the reason why i use dgpu is because this laptop prevents me from using gsync on
- ive rolled back to 566.36 to hopefully fix the issue, but the bsod returned afterwards
- ive also used dism thingy from the command terminal but it also doesnt help
- my driver was scanned (i didnt upgrade it or anything), but didnt have any issue
- weirdly chkdsk (without /scan) found some issues, but when scanning it, it finds nothing
- ever since it started happening, browsers like firefox and chrome had tabs started to crash if it involves video calls on chrome or watching youtube videos on firefox and about few minutes later it triggers a bsod with the same message, or whenever discord has a grey screen jumpscare and then disappearing after 1 second
- is it caused by humidity? after i arrived into hk it started happening after a few days
the laptop was ordered through amazon uk
idk whats causing it i think its either my fans havent been cleaned for 1 year after i purchased it, or something faulty in my system
i’ve also did a memory diagnsotic test, but i cant find it in the events viewer (since i dont know how to filter it to find the log)
this hasnt happened before and afterwards it has started to get bsods like these more commonly, is there a way to fix the issue
