My razer core cannot be detected by Thunderbolt III

I don’t know if you have this situation, my Razer core cannot be connected to my Thunderbolt III interface. And I plug the mouse and keyboard behind the core, but the computer can't detect them. What is the reason? (My equipment is razer blade 15 2070 and razer core x chroma). Can you guys help me solve this problem？
