My Razer Deathadder Elite keeps resetting the DPI options and the lighting
Hi,
I bought my Razer Deathadder Elite in November 2019. Recently it started having some minor problems.
The first one is that every other day, somehow all of my DPI and lighting choices get resetted to default settings, to Spectrum Cycling and to the default DPI options. The other one is that whenever I turn off my PC, the lighting on my mouse stays on and it glows in full brightness, in light blue. When I bought it didn't do this for like months, and i don't know if I can do anything about these problems. Does anyone know how to fix these issues.

regoszonda07Hey there! Was everything covered? Does the issue occur when Synapse 3.0 is running in the background? Please disabled your Razer Synapse, then set your mouse DPI manually by following the steps from this link and see if the issue persists. Have you tried replicating the behavior by signing in as a guest user in the Razer Synapse 3.0? Please clean reinstalling your Razer Synapse 3.0 and observe if the mouse behavior continues.
