My Razer deathadder V2 pro doesn't working in bluetooth and in USB mode

Question

My mouse doesn’t working in wireless mode but it works fine when I use the cable. When I turned off my laptop, it kept blinking like this and when I plugged the USB dongle in it said the device was switched off. I have tried update the firmware, did every I can and still can not solve the problem. Is there anyone having this problem as well,pls show me how to fix it @razersupportteam.

Hey, @Linengeoportal673!Are you using a USB hub? What about plugging it into a different USB port? You can also try reinstalling your mouse’s drivers. If that didn’t work, then you can ping me via PM along with yourRazer DeathAdder V2 Pro’s serial number so I can look for other workarounds.*Thread locked to curb conversation to PM.
