My Razer DeathAdder V2 X HyperSpeed is not working, problems with the cursor.

I have a Razer DeathAdder V2 X HyperSpeed mouse since 2023. I've dropped it a few times, but it never showed the problems it's presenting now.

When I connect the USB adapter to my laptop for the first time in the day, the mouse light turns green normally, and it works fine. However, suddenly, it just stops working—the cursor freezes, and the LED light underneath the mouse turns off unexpectedly. Then, it stops working completely. After a while, it starts working again for a short period but then stops once more. I disconnect the adapter and reconnect it, even trying different ports, but nothing changes (the computer recognizes that the mouse is connected, and the adapter makes the usual connection sound). In the Razer Synapse app, it detects my device, but I can't configure any buttons, DPI, or anything when this issue occurs.

I changed the batteries to see if that was the problem, but the issue persists. I have to do tricks to make it work—sometimes, when I swap the battery, it starts working normally again, recognizing everything properly, and I can use it. However, the problem returns the same way, and I have to repeat the process. I've updated the drivers to the latest versions, reverted the updates, disabled the drivers, uninstalled and reinstalled them, but nothing worked. I would like help with this issue. I checked my serial number, and my warranty has already expired.
