My Razer Gold checkout text message 2 step authentication always replying "There was an unexpected error. Please reload the page and try again."

I don’t understand what I have to do, been trying to be connected to an agent for quite sometime now but but my effort seems to be of no avail even though I’m doing in active working hour according to their schedule. 

How do I fix this?
