Hi everyone I bought a 75 dollar Razer gold gift card on www.mygiftcardsupply.com and was trying to use the gift card on my account for the game. As soon as I said I got the gift card from my email it says the gift card has been expired and redeemed already when I did not get the gift card. I tried on different platforms such as iPhone iTunes wallet and they too say the gift card itself is invalid. The website I bought says that they cannot refund or give me a new one as they too don’t know the codes or can’t sell the product I bought to a new customer. What can I do ? The website said to contact Razer itself.
