Hi there. Can you share a screenshot of Synapse?

Hi!
Thanks for the response,
There are some photos of Synapse 3 , Synapse 2 and Devices and Printers section of Windows 10

Thanks for the photos. The Tiamat 7.1 V2 is not supported by Synapse 3. Only Synapse 2 will be able to recognize it. To be able to get true 7.1 surround sound, it will need to be plugged into a PC or motherboard that has analog surround sound ports. You can find more information about this here.
My motherboard has surround sound ports
My question is why it is shown as unspecified and how i can adjust the surround through an app
Thanks

Synpase is only designed to control the Chroma Lighting of the Tiamat 7.1 V2. You will have to use the software your soundcard to control the surround sound settings or the or the audio control unit to adjust the volume.
