My razer huntsman keyboard keys are unresponsive

Hi i just gotten my razer huntsman keyboard yesterday that i ordered from the website.When i start playing my game especially league of legends, the keys i press sometimes doesn't response even after multiple presses.I have contacted the support team well over a day now and yet to have any response from them.Is there any solution to this issue?

I would give the Support team a chance to get back to you about this. In the meantime, I'm going to move this thread to the Support section, so that the Insider Support team like @Razer.Speedcr0ss will get a chance to see it, too. To make things slightly quicker for you and them, would you mind answering some questions to try and get a little more information for them? 1) What operating system are you using your Huntsman on? 2) Is it the entire keyboard that becomes unresponsive, or just particular keys? 3) Does the issue only happen when playing games, or any time you use the keyboard (for typing, surfing the web, etc.)?

Hi,thanks for your response.To answering your question. 1)im currently using windows 10 2)I would say the whole keyboard because sometimes i can press enter to type out chat/ 3)Typing seems fine,only when i am playing league of legends. Currently using my old widow chroma keyboard,it works perfectly for me.Unlike the new huntsman which sometimes not responsive.Especially when gaming,
