My razer huntsman mini is not working correctly

whenever I press the spacebar and keys like b and f I get the output of multiple presses the period key is also broken same with the semicolon key the enter key is also very finicky with recording presses I know that the period key works mechanically because when I first got the keyboard and after I did a clean install of , synapse 3 it worked the spacebar 'b" and "f" are not the only keys that randomly repeat the drivers and synapse are totally up to date so I have no clue as to what could be causing the problem on the line below i will press the "f" key and space bar in a abababab pattern to illustrate the problem f f f f f f f f ff f f f f ff f f fff ff f f f f f ff f ff f f f f f f ff f f f f ff f f f ff f ff f f f f f f f f f f f f (the image attached is my doing a keyboard test and pressing every key)

    note-in the keyboard test it shows The "h" key as to not have been pressed I can confirm it works

    I'm also having this problem. I have windows 10 and I updated my os and drivers. I tried resetting my keyboard and now its stuck in demo mode

    Hey everyone! Was everything covered? Does the issue happen while the Razer Synapse 3.0 is closed or disabled?

    I used to have the same problem with my huntsman mini and all i did was turned around the usb cable
