I just got a Razer Kaira Pro for xbox, and i'm using it with Bluetooth. it keeps beeping every few seconds and I cannot stop it. Could I get some help?

Chrome5455Does the issue happen even while the headset is fully charged? Did you try pairing the device to another USB port or computer?
