My Razer Kiyo and Ring Light are On But not Clear

I am checking every setting. I turned auto focus off, but didn't make any difference. I have checked in Zoom and it is set to use the USB device (where this is plugged into) vs the integrated camera, so it looks set up right in Zoom. I have used this before and got a clearer picture but today its just so blurry again. I bought this b/c it is supposed to be superior to the integrated camera in the laptop - I just don't understand??

    Thank you for bringing your concern to our attention. Did you already try to update its firmware or driver? Please PM me the serial number so I can validate its model and check for workarounds to help you address the video quality issue. *Thread locked to curb conversation to PM.
