I have a Razer Kiyo and I connected it to a Windows Server Essential 2019 system. I installed Razer Synapse and I also updated the firmware of the Camera. Ther are two problems:
1- When the Synapse is up. in the Devices section, I choose Razer Kiyo. the camera image in preview window is not displayed and the message is “Camera is currently in use by another application” but I have not ran any application that uses camera.
2- The OBS does not recognize any USB camera. So I cannot use it in OBS too.
How can I solve the problem specially the second one?
PS: My Razer Kiyo works properly on my other computer.
