My razer kiyo says that it is connected to another app

So i recently got the razer kiyo and i plugged it in and in synapse it says under streaming this device is connected to another application, but somtimes when i restart my pc it says "the current settings on your camera are different from Razer Synapse. Wich settings would you like to keep? when i press any of tyhee options nothing happens.

I fixed the issue if you got nvidia gpu with nvidias experience just go to Shadowplay and click on the camera icon to OFF and the camera will start to work
