I am having a very hard time finding how to contact somebody with Razer for help with a warranty claim. My Razer Kiyo is less than a year old and it’s no longer working. I searched the forums and it seems like a lot of people are having the same issue 

 

Is there a link where I can submit a warranty claim or a link to a page where I can contact customer support? I feel like when I try to use the resources on the website I end up in an endless loop where I am recycled between FAQ pages and can’t actually get any support.

Have you tried updating its firmware? You can also reinstall the drivers. By the way, you can contact our Support to by clicking here. Feel free to send me a PM along with your Razer Kiyo’s serial number so I can look into this further. We can also discuss the warranty status along the way.
