My RAZER KIYO stopped working on GOOGLE MEETS in ANY browser | Razer Insider

Hello there,

 

Until the last week, everything was working fine, but suddenly it stopped working. In the Synapse Preview mode, is working fine, but seems that in Google Meets (chrome, firefox, brave) there is a message that says camera might be blocked. It is weird. I have already updated last firmware, installed latest drivers, etc. but problem keeps. I have also uninstalled all the add-ons possible.

 

Please help me, as I need for working purposes.

Have you checked if your OS is up to date? Try to repair your Razer Synapse software. If that didn’t do the trick, then drop me PM along with your Razer Kiyo’s serial number so I can check for other workarounds that we can try.
