My razer kraken 7.1 v2 chroma keeps disconnecting / reconnecting

Helllo, it cuts off sound when i move so the cable moves too (its usb type headset), then sound comes back, if cable doesn't move than sound is stable and always working... is this hardware issue or maybe it can be fixed with some software changes

    Have you tried disabling Synapse to check if it behaves the same without it running in the background? Fix the issue by following the steps on this page. But if the problem persists, PM me the serial number of your headset. I can use it to verify its model and look for a way to fix it. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
