My razer Kraken pro v2 has bad sounds

The sound is too quiet even though I max all the stuff, but when I plug it to my mobile it works great, I also tried playing valorant the gunshot of the enemy sounds like junk. Does synapse can fix this sound problem? I'm trying to register the product to razer website but the S/N is unknown did I just bought fake razer Kraken pro v2?

I had that registration problem but when I went on Razer Support it showed my serial number as under warranty. it must have accepted the first attempt at registering then gave the serial number not recognised 'cos it already was. It's all a bit flaky.

What can you suggest to fix my problem? knowing we have same issue

i have the same exact issue. Registering the product doesn't do anything, as synapse doesn't recognize these headphones. I would appreciate it any razer support comes on this thread and tells us what we can do
