I recently purchased the razer kraken te headphones, but they won't make any sound. Setting it as the default device does nothing to change this. Please help, I spent $100 on a pair of headphones I can't use

    Hey there! Thanks for bringing your headset concern to us. Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling Razer Synapse 3.0 and setting your headset as your default device?
