My Razer Kraken X microphone is not detecting and working.

When I connect my Razer Kraken X to my laptop, the microphone doesn't work, and it doesn't get detected when i open Recording in Sound. Plz help

Hey there! Thanks for posting your concern here. Are you connecting the headset to a laptop or a desktop? If it is a laptop, please bypass the 3.5mm audio/mic splitter cable and see if it helps. Also, please go to the Sound > Recording window, right-click your preferred microphone, and select “Set as Default.” You can also select “Set as Default Communication Device.” Let me know if it helps.

The problem is that it doesn't detect

Anyways I fixed it by reinstalling realtek drivers, thanks for helping me tho!
