It doesn’t connect on my pc and after I plug it in. My computer says “The last USB device you connected to this computer malfunctioned, and windows does nit recognize it.” It also says “Try reconnecting the device. If Windows still does not recognize it, your device may not be working properly.” I tried plugging it in and out but it still does not work but its lights are still open when plugged in and also when the pc is off. It got wet a bit but not too wet before it stopped working. Please help me fix this issue!
