My razer nabu watch is not syncing properly.

After connecting my nabu watch and putting the 4 numbers that the application asks for, after a few seconds it gives me a synchronization error and I can't do anything.

    My phone: Samsung Galaxy J7 2016 (Android 8.1) App: Raxer Nabu Watch Restart and reinstall the app and I tried connecting it manually to bluetooth, but it didn't work. sorry for my english xd
    Have you tried pairing your Nabu Watch to another smartphone and check if the behavior persists? Do you mind sharing a screenshot of the error message after putting the 4-digit number? Save it via Google Drive, then send the shareable link via PM. Also, include the serial number of your device, so I can verify its model and take a closer look. Let's continue from there.
