My razer nari mic isnt working

so i just got the head set about an hour ago and the mic was working at first then the sound cut out and the mic stopped working but the sound is working again how do i fix this

update ive been playing around with it i got the mic to work but it now sounds like a robot every few seconds so would like help to fix this

Hi there! Please try to uncheck/toggle off the enhancements that can be found in the Mic tab in Synapse. Let me know how it goes.
