My Razer Nari Microphone sounds really bad.

I recently got the Nari Headset and I am really liking it. Sound and build quality are amazing. But the microphone is bad. When in discord with my friends, my mic keeps fading out and sound like it's being held in a glass or something. When I tried recording myself in OBS it sounded really good. But Discord is not working at all. I am running on a Windows 8.1 (AlienWare Laptop)

    Is it happening on a different application? Also, have you tried plugging it on another USB port or another computer?

    It is happening on Discord. I tried plugging it in another USB and another computer. And it's the same

    Had the same issue with my bf's Nari I got him. He turned off mic sensitivity in Synapse 3. And since then, it has been fine.
