My Razer Nari Pewdiepie headphones stopped working

I used them yesterday and they just stopped working in the middle of browsing the YouTube. They are charging and everything seems normal I can turn them on or off and everything is fine. However I don't see them in connected audio devices in the Windows 10 menu even after connecting the dongle. I tried downloading firmware update with razer updater and it doesn't recognize when I connect the cable to headphones and PC. Help pls.
