My Razer Nari Ultimate dongle has stopped working
Hi, unfortunately today the dongle of my headphones has stopped working, and it is recognized by my pc as Avnera6301. Although I have already tried to restore the dongle with razer software, the problem is not solved, does anyone know how to do it?

Did you already try to update the firmware of your headset? If not yet, you can get it here. Try to reinstall the driver as well for further isolation. If that didn't help, PM me the serial number so I can start a case and forward it to the RMA Team for a replacement request.
